This is not a pay to win game, that is the only good thing about it. Its a popularity contest. Ive seen girls work hard everyday getting votes and never win. Sometimes I think its rigged to make you pay more money. This is purely a paper doll shopping game to buy clothes for the weekly fashion show. You dont need to do the quests to level up, which is great. Customer service doesnt help you. Be prepared to lose things you paid real money for. Dont expect to get it back. Youve been warned.

This game series are cool, I must give it a 5 stars. But not until I lost all my clothes, I spent a whole year to collect thousand of diamonds to get all those things and now it just gone with the wind !!!

Dont bother. Fairy disappeared without warning after a week. Cant collect anymore keys or orbs or princes or anything. Run far away.

The first time I lost all of my items from a new expansion, I swore I would never play again. Sadly, I caved in a year later, and now youre not only losing items...but the "Contests" are ridiculously rigged, the Fairy (in this version) has magically VANISHED!! Meaning, progression is at a dead stop. Any items from transferring to this game are hit or miss when it comes to actually having them reappear in your closet. Oh, and that new gamble disguised as new item acquisition via 400 diamonds/40k gold....wow. Scammed by constant repeats, not even a PARTIAL refund... Also...those who spend money on this game... I have been waiting for 3 keychains for my purchases. If not cancelled or pending (for no apparent reason), the entire site that kept track of said purchases and keychain shipping status...also a phantom in the wind!! These people are terrible with customers, and the game is relatively sleazy as it is. Nothing like the devs to make the stink of skanky regret that much more pungent. Good luck with this game. Hold on to your wallets!!

Want an app that takes your money away and doesnt give you anything in return? Or even take your data away with a crappy new update? Or even crappy customer support? Well guess what, this is the app for you. This app was once great and I had so much fun on it. However, my diamonds got take away and so did my levels and clothes I spent months getting. Because of the Backup save data feature, I lost all of my data. Wow..what a waste of time and money.. All of my clothes I bought with money diamonds, gone. I emailed customer service about it. And they said that they would get it restored for me. Its been two weeks since I emailed them.. Crappy service I tell you. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

I have purchased several votes and I have never received half of them. Also the fairy is Vanished so I no longer am able to date the Star Girl Princess Gala Guys!!! Another thing is half the time I will click vote and it never will!!! Please fix these issues!!!

I downloaded the app to get the prince and no Fairy. The contest is the same, same girls get the crown no matter how they dress, they all dress the same for every theme, and last competition they all dressed the same, they still won. I have no challenges. It doesnt matter how much I spend in promoting my avatar, It wont win. Sine there is no fairy, cant have access to new prince. There is nothing else for me in the game, no challenges. I wrote support few time, no word back.

The new chat feature is sexist and terrible. One told me he. Would drag me to hell and Satan would rape me in hell. Another one said Im a whiny preteen that will be in the workforce soon. This is really bad for young girls. Also the games like the flirt in first sight is sexist and the contest is sexist and rigged.
